At Kaii Lab Network, we're all about making your journey effortless and empowering. The client visits the website and fills in the Start A Project form on the website. Once filled in, the client receives an automated email to schedule a meeting with the Business Development Representative. Once the meeting is conducted with the Business Development Representative, the Business Development Representative will go through a scoping checklist of questions to fill in a Project Brief to share with the Digital Marketing ConsultantThe Digital Marketing Consultant will share the estimated budget and timeline that is needed for the project based on the Project Brief with the Business Development Representative. Accordingly, the Business Development Representative will draft and share a contract (based on an agreement, either on an hourly rate basis or on a fixed-price project) with the client. Once the contract is signed, the Digital Marketing Consultant will then fill in a Request For Quotation to share with selected and fitting Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Web Developers based on the project requirements. The Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Web Developers will share with the Digital Marketing Consultant their budget and timeline for the project. The Digital Marketing Consultant will select the Project Manager, UI/UX Designer(s), and Web Developer(s) that would be the most fit for the project. In the case that two or more talents are equally fit for a project, the Digital Marketing Consultant will arrange for the client to interview the prospective talents to select a candidate accordingly. Once the team is selected, the project will be officially onboarded and will go through the documented Website SOPs. Once the project is completed, a member of the Client Success team will share a review form to receive the client's feedback and the talents’ feedback on the project.
